Qualification / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Legal, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, data privacy, legal, audit, or related field).
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, RoK Data Privacy Law).
• Fluency in English, Kazakh, Russian languages.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Write and speak in clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style and language.
• Plan, evaluate, organize and control the quality and deadlines.
• Be initiative and proactive.
• Express ideas and communicate to employees and management in written and oral form.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Basic understanding of IT and data security functions.
