Role Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key

stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and services. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and

expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and

channels to market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cryptocurrency

exchanges, banks, financial institutions, regulators, and industry influencers. Serve as the

primary point of contact for external partners and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and opportunities for product and

service expansion. Work closely with the product development team to define and prioritize

features and enhancements.

Lead sales efforts and negotiations with prospective clients and partners. Develop proposals,

presentations, and contract agreements to secure new business opportunities and

partnerships.

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives and

revenue targets. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress

and success.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to

cryptocurrency, banking, and financial services. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales roles within the cryptocurrency, banking, or financial industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, traditional banking, and financial services.

  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the cryptocurrency, banking, and financial industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and

    innovation.

  • Salary of $2000 + commission
