Ernst & Young is looking for Recruitment Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Conducting direct search of candidates for the positions in Kazakhstan;
• Work with contracts and other documents related to activity of recruitment services providers;
• Forming and updating candidate’s database;
• Testing of candidates;
• Forming and updating tests results archives;
• Vacancies posting on the Firm’s website and other media sources;
• Participation in recruitment events and campaigns;
• Participating in regional recruitment events and campaigns;
• Positioning of the Firm as the best employer on the market.

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant sphere;
• 1-3 years of related professional experience;
• Fluent English;
• Good presentation skills;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent teamplayer
