Job responsibilities:
- Interaction with the Buyers regarding payments, shipment dates, shipment documentation, preparing addendums to the contracts, specifications, and claims regarding quality and quantity.
- Interaction with Olam Origins (Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe) regarding deliveries, deadlines, necessary documentation, verification of the shipping documents, and error correction.
- Working with European warehouses to ship contracts, verifying the shipping documents.
- Interaction with the Olam office in terms of checking payments, issuing debit/credit notes, fixings, and invoices.
- Preparation of a monthly report on contracts concluded and shipped, and maintenance of a register of contracts and shipments on a daily basis.
Required experience and skills:
- Higher education;
- English upper-intermediate;
- 3-4 years working experience in a similar role;
- Working experience in coffee/tea/cocoa or any other imported food products is a plus.
