FLEUR is building an AI-powered platform that converts static product photos into market-ready video content. The product includes web interface for a video/photo editor, iOS and Android apps.
Role Objective
Design and deliver the end-to-end user experience for the website and the editor (web), and establish high-quality UX/UI for the mobile apps. Create a coherent design system across platforms and ensure measurable impact on conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and ship the marketing website (homepage, feature pages, pricing, funnels, and landing pages).
- Define IA, user flows, and web editor UI for video/photo creation: toolbars, timelines/layers, effects, presets, dialogs, empty/error states.
- Design UX/UI for iOS and Android apps, aligning with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
- Build and maintain a design system (foundations, components, patterns) shared by web and mobile; document usage.
- Run lightweight research and iterate based on findings.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth to define conversion goals, instrument events, and improve funnels.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product/UX/UI design with shipped web and mobile products.

Portfolio demonstrating website work and complex application UI (preferably editor-style tools).

Expert use of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens).

Working knowledge of Apple HIG and Material Design; understanding of platform conventions and native patterns.

Experience collaborating with engineers.

English (working proficiency).
Nice to Have
- Graphic design skills (brand visuals, illustration, basic motion).
- Experience producing marketing materials (ads, emails, store assets, landing variants).
- Understanding of product analytics and marketing funnels (e.g., CTR, CVR, activation, retention).
