Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and produce high-performing ad visuals and campaign concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user acquisition funnels and reduce costs — going beyond traditional media buying.
  • Provide insights on product positioning and competitor strategies based on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Conduct deep analysis of all campaigns; measure performance, generate actionable reports, and recommend next steps for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads (experience with Google, TikTok, and other platforms is a plus).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ad budgets (over $100,000/month).
  • Solid understanding of user acquisition strategies and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of media buyers.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective media buying strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
  • Background in the iGaming industry is required.
