Responsibilities:
- Manage food development programs and ranges.
- Search for new products and suppliers as per Marketing and Operations requests.
- Lead the NPD process and ensure products align with brand standards and local market needs.
- Liaise with Brand Product Manager for approvals and regional launches.
- Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with food laws and specifications.
- Uphold brand standards and optimize sales and profit performance.
- Graduate or Diploma in relevant field.
- 2-4 years experience in food service or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of food trends and laws.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- English - Upper Intermediate level
