Chief Finance (with HR experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance Operations: Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and managing cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax regulations, and group reporting standards.
- Manage payroll, social security, and tax payments.
- Handle key HR functions: Hiring, contracts, terminations, holidays, and employee benefits.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor law.
- Support the CEO with strategic and operational decisions.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in finance management
- HR experience, including knowledge of Kazakh labor regulations
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to manage multiple functions effectively
- with strong communication skills in English
