LeverX is seeking an additional team member to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence;
- Provide user support effectively;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions;
- Develop and maintain documentation for administrative processes, particularly for time-tracking;
- Understand the business problems behind requests and offer alternative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administering Jira and Confluence;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including issue tracking, permissions, workflows, and process documentation;
- Understanding HTTP requests and responses;
- Familiarity with Jira Cloud environments;
- Experience with Jira Service Management;
- Demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills;
- Level of English - A2 and above;
- Technical support experience (L1-L2) will be a plus.
