Motheretreat is a premium doula agency in Miami, providing first-class birth and postpartum support. We are expanding and looking for a strong CEO / COO to lead operations and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute growth strategy.
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure excellence across all services.
- Manage and inspire a team of 18+ doulas and assistants.
- Develop partnerships and explore new market opportunities.
- Oversee financial performance and key KPIs.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in executive or operational management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to scale a service business.
- Fluent English and Russian— a must.
