Main Responsibilities
- Lead finance: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting & tax regulations and with group reporting standards.
- Manage payroll, social security, and tax payments.
- Handle HR: hiring, contracts, terminations, holidays, benefits.
- Oversee employee relations and maintain compliance with labor law.
- Support CEO with strategic and operational decisions.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
- Experience in finance management.
- Knowledge of Kazak tax & labor regulations.
- Hands-on, adaptable, able to manage multiple functions.
- Fluent in English.
Working Conditions:
- five-day working week with 2 (two) day-offs: Saturday and Sunday.
