Main Responsibilities

  • Lead finance: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting & tax regulations and with group reporting standards.
  • Manage payroll, social security, and tax payments.
  • Handle HR: hiring, contracts, terminations, holidays, benefits.
  • Oversee employee relations and maintain compliance with labor law.
  • Support CEO with strategic and operational decisions.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
  • Experience in finance management.
  • Knowledge of Kazak tax & labor regulations.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, able to manage multiple functions.
  • Fluent in English.

Working Conditions:

  • five-day working week with 2 (two) day-offs: Saturday and Sunday.
