We’re looking for a confident communicator who can handle calls, emails, and messages with empathy, structure, and persistence. If you’re great at keeping conversations calm but moving forward — in any channel — this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for customers with overdue balances after car rentals
- Communicate through calls, messages, and emails to inform, explain, and guide customers toward repayment
- Motivate and negotiate — finding solutions that work for both sides
- Handle objections professionally and calmly
- Respond promptly to inbound payment inquiries and claims
- Keep detailed, accurate records in our systems
- Achieve and exceed your monthly recovery targets
What we’re looking for
- Languages: English fluency (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive communicator across phone, chat, and email
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Experience in collections, call centers, or car rental is a bonus — not a must
- Secondary, incomplete higher, or higher education
- Tech-ready: your own laptop and stable internet
- Self-organized, persistent, and not afraid of tough conversations
