Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Data Protection, Internal IT)
- Proactively search and headhunt to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and manage the offer/acceptance process.
- Maintain accurate data in our recruitment systems for timely reporting and process efficiency.
- Support and guide junior recruiters in managing complex candidate communications and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record of successfully closing mid-level and senior-level vacancies in the in-house corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience with major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong focus on data integrity and using metrics to inform recruitment strategy.
