Qulix is an outsourcing international software development, testing and IT-consulting company. Currently, we’re expanding our sales team and are ready to bring in a motivated Sales Specialist who will be a part of our team supporting our business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales goals through qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Pitch company services, create tailored proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive prospecting.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and engineering department to drive revenue growth with new customers.
  • Analyze sales data and conduct market research to identify market expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT services.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs in building strategies.
  • Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced).
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to consistently analyze data and situations to identify cause-and-effect relationships and use them to make effective decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with prospecting and developing new lead generation channels.
  • Participation in conferences and roadshows.
  • Experience with Fintech IT-solutions.
