Qulix is an outsourcing international software development, testing and IT-consulting company. Currently, we’re expanding our sales team and are ready to bring in a motivated Sales Specialist who will be a part of our team supporting our business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals through qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Pitch company services, create tailored proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive prospecting.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and engineering department to drive revenue growth with new customers.
- Analyze sales data and conduct market research to identify market expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT services.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs in building strategies.
- Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced).
- Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to consistently analyze data and situations to identify cause-and-effect relationships and use them to make effective decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have:
- Experience with prospecting and developing new lead generation channels.
- Participation in conferences and roadshows.
- Experience with Fintech IT-solutions.
