Responsibilities:
- Take charge of on-site engineering implementation, debugging and commissioning, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, network maintenance, and on-site outsourcing management of products
- Summarize and output the commissioning, debugging, and maintenance experience and guide documents, and provide technical training, guidance, and exchanges with on-site maintenance engineers and customers
- Organize and deliver on-site engineering maintenance
- Take charge of daily communication with customers, maintain and improve customer relationships, and improve the customer satisfaction
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or IT
- Familiar with Linux ,oracle database ,good skill about EXCEL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
- Minimum 2 years in RAN network
- Technical RAN knowledge (GSM/UMTS/LTE/EMS)
