What you’ll be doing:

Manage and support client accounts after deals are closed;
-
Maintain regular communication with current clients via messages and calls — identify needs, resolve issues, and offer new solutions;

Build warm, trust-based relationships with new clients and help shape long-term partnerships;

Keep accurate records and reports of your work.
What we expect from you:

Experience in client communication, negotiations, and handling objections;
-
Ability to build long-term client relationships and offer tailored solutions;
-
Strong organizational skills and stress resistance;
-
Confident business correspondence skills;
-
English at B2 level or higher;
-
Experience with CRM systems and reporting;
-
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
