To maintain high-quality service and build strong, long-term relationships with clients, we’re looking for an attentive and proactive Account Manager to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and support client accounts after deals are closed;

  • Maintain regular communication with current clients via messages and calls — identify needs, resolve issues, and offer new solutions;

  • Build warm, trust-based relationships with new clients and help shape long-term partnerships;

  • Keep accurate records and reports of your work.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in client communication, negotiations, and handling objections;

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and offer tailored solutions;

  • Strong organizational skills and stress resistance;

  • Confident business correspondence skills;

  • English at B2 level or higher;

  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting;

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
