We are looking for an HR Assistant who will take charge of supporting our full-cycle recruitment processes, combining traditional search with modern AI tools. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of executive search and HR analytics, helping us attract top talent, optimize hiring workflows, and build scalable processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle (from general roles to C-level): research, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and preparation of shortlists;
- Communicate with candidates and evaluate their soft and hard skills;
- Contribute to building and updating the talent pipeline;
- Set up and use AI tools to automate recruitment stages (pre-screening, profile analysis, interview question generation, etc.);
- Collect and analyze HR data, generate insights and recommendations to improve processes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience in a recruitment agency (mandatory);
- Understanding of modern AI/ML tools and readiness to apply them in HR processes;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and colleagues;
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
