Marketplace Operations Manager

Workload: 6 hours/day | Remote/Hybrid

For one of the holding's project - Altos CO2, we are looking for an Operations Manager with hands-on experience in Amazon/Bestbuy/Walmart operations and shipping. You will take charge of daily operational processes, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, efficient logistics coordination, and continuous workflow improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Marketplace operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns management;

- Manage logistics workflows, coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners (Shipbob);

- Communicate with Marketplace support team;

- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements;

- Ensure compliance with Marketplaces' standards and operational guidelines;

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Amazon/Bestbuy/Walmart accounts operations and shipping management;

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;

- Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving approach;

- English proficiency (written and spoken).
