Key Responsibilities
- Enable/disable payment methods on websites upon requests from related departments.
- Monitor the uninterrupted operation of payment methods.
- Communicate with payment providers.
Trial Period Objectives (2–3 months)
- Ensure fast enabling/disabling of payment methods.
- Minimize the number of errors during enabling/disabling.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Communicate with the internal support team and payment providers.
Resolve technical issues reported by clients to the first line of support.
Ensure minimal disruptions in the operation of services and payment systems.
Take necessary measures to maintain system integrity.
Switch payment methods and adjust limits based on business needs and security requirements.
Modify the logic of payment method display upon request.
Experience & Required Skills
- Proven remote work experience (mandatory).
- Previous experience in support roles (a plus).
- High stress resistance (mandatory).
- Confident PC and internet user.
