Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and comprehensive affairs of the office.
  • Handle fixed asset management (ensure account accuracy, improve asset utilization).
  • Procure office supplies and departmental materials.
  • Oversee employee dormitory management (maintain a good living environment).
  • Assist in external reception (arrange meeting rooms, prepare tea, coordinate visitor parking).
  • Organize company security work (inspect safety conditions/equipment, solve safety issues).
  • Coordinate office cleaning and supervise public hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in admin/logistics/fixed asset management.
  • Proficient in local language (Kazakh/Russian), English as a working language (Chinese is a plus).
  • Strong adaptability, planning ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous, high execution ability, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Cheerful personality, good at teamwork and communication.
