In connection with the launch of new projects, we are looking for a Tech-Support Manager to strengthen our team.


Key Responsibilities:

Enabling/disabling payment methods on websites at the request of related departments.

Monitoring the uninterrupted operation of payment methods.

Communication with payment providers.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Communication with the internal support team and payment providers.

Troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients to the first-line support team.

Ensuring minimal service disruptions in payment systems.

Taking necessary measures to maintain system integrity.

Switching payment methods and adjusting limits based on business needs and security considerations.

Updating the display logic of payment methods upon request.

Experience & Required Skills:

  • Remote work experience is a must.

  • Previous experience in technical or customer support is a plus.

  • High stress tolerance is required.

  • Confident PC and internet user.
