Graphic Designer (Middle)

Inktech — is an international IT company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop brand identity: logos, corporate style, brand guidelines.
• Create digital assets: social media graphics, ad banners, landing pages, YouTube covers.
• Design print materials: brochures, posters, business cards, notebooks, merchandise.
• Source and generate images (including Freepik) for key visuals.
• Use AI tools to generate 3D icons and digital visuals for social media.
• Work on corporate and marketing materials (online and offline).
• Prepare production-ready files in line with print specifications.
• Meet deadlines, follow briefs, and collaborate closely with the team.
• Communicate with clients, present ideas, and discuss revisions.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer.
• Hands-on experience in branding and identity design.
• Experience in print production and merchandise design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ai generation skills (Freepik).
• Ability to work with briefs and organize workflow under deadlines.
• Communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Team player, fast learner, open to mastering new tools.
• English level: B2.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT, digital startups, or product companies.
• Skills in 3D graphics production
• Knowledge of design psychology, marketing basics and visual analytics (CTR, engagement).
