JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a visionary, highly experienced, strategic and results-driven Managing Director to lead Affscale through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CPA network business, a strong track record in scaling performance marketing platforms, and an entrepreneurial spirit. As Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of the company, from strategy and operations to business development and brand building. Your leadership will be key to driving the expansion of Affscale into a global industry leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a clear, comprehensive growth strategy to scale Affscale into a global Nutra CPA network brand.
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand into new markets and identify new revenue streams.
    • Establish and communicate the company’s vision, ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient execution of campaigns, optimizing affiliate and advertiser relationships, and enhancing performance across all channels.
    • Implement best practices and processes to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, including business development (affiliate management), account management, marketing, creative support, and tech.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Own the P&L, ensuring profitability while managing costs effectively.
    • Set and track financial goals, including revenue targets, margins, and KPIs.
    • Work with finance and accounting teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Affiliate & Partner Relationships:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key affiliates, advertisers, and partners to ensure long-term success and profitability.
    • Develop innovative programs to retain top affiliates while continuously recruiting new talent.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with publishers and advertisers, ensuring favorable terms and long-term collaboration.
  • Brand & Market Expansion:
    • Lead efforts to elevate the Affscale brand within the global Nutra and affiliate marketing landscape.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and strategic partnerships to enhance Affscale's market presence.
    • Ensure the company stays ahead of market trends and competitors, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Team Development & Culture:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated international domestic and remote team through effective leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven company culture focused on growth and innovation.
    • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Technology & Innovation:
    • Work with the tech team to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that improve the affiliate experience and drive performance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovations that can enhance AffScale's platform and operations.
  • Industry & Trend Awareness:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the affiliate marketing and digital marketing industry globally.
    • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, or methods to enhance the overall effectiveness of Affscale’s business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and scaling a performance marketing or CPA network, ideally within the Nutra, Health & Wellness, other Affiliate Marketing industries.
  • Knowledge of and experience with B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, and the performance marketing landscape.
  • Experience with platforms like Tableau or Power BI to present insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global expansion strategies.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, innovation, and building brands.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nutra industry, including regulations, trends, and consumer behavior, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
