- Develop logistics forecasts and plans, design and implement logistics systems within the company, calculate logistics costs, and manage the logistics budget.
- Conduct procurement activities, including developing procurement plans, searching for suppliers, analyzing contract conditions, preparing and distributing orders, and entering into supplier contracts.
- Participate in production planning and management, ensuring product quality and timely production, and implementing measures to optimize manufacturing processes and costs.
- Organize and manage the delivery of goods, define distribution channels, determine shipment conditions, and monitor supply terms and customer service quality.
- Optimize transportation schemes, manage contracts for transportation and related services, organize the transport process, and oversee cargo delivery documentation.
- Supervise customs registration and clearance of goods, appoint customs brokers, select customs regimes, and develop schemes to minimize customs clearance costs.
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of normative legal acts and regulatory documents governing commercial activities.
- Understanding of logistics forecasting, planning, and system design principles.
Familiarity with customs and transportation legislation, as well as principles of production planning. - Proficiency in business planning, contract development, and documentation for supply, transport, warehouse, sales, and financial operations.
