Vacancy: Head of IT Academy Development
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the strategic development and management of our IT Academy. Our mission is to establish a leading academy in modern technologies and innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic development plan for the academy.
- Design and manage educational programs in modern IT fields.
- Establish courses in the following areas:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Data Science
- Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity
- Game Development
- Introduce training programs aligned with market demands.
- Build and manage a team of qualified instructors.
- Foster partnerships with local and international IT companies.
- Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for the academy.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry (experience in management or project leadership is preferred).
- Experience in developing and managing academic or practical training programs.
- Strong understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and IT industry needs.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian.
- A portfolio showcasing practical experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience participating in international IT projects.
- Advanced methods for training and developing instructors.
- Proven success in combining technology and education in projects.
