Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic and operational brand management, including development and execution of SSP and AOP plans;

  • Strong expertise in managing innovation calendars and the product life cycle (portfolio, packaging, NPD);

  • Knowledge of Brand Pyramid, BHT, brand positioning and target audience segmentation, with hands-on involvement in creative development (TV, KV, OLVs);

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret 4Ps Performance, BHI, Awareness, SOM, Pricing, Digital & Media KPIs, competitor reviews and market trends across Central Asia;

  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial and performance reports (NOPAT, EBITDA, SOM);

  • Ability to take ownership of processes, manage weekly and monthly reporting and coordination, and align cross-functional teams.
