Duties

• Villa management

• Procurement, staff recruitment and performance monitoring

• Drafting and monitoring SOP

• Interaction with contractors (cleaning, logistics, maintenance, procurement, medical services, HR, etc.)

• Financial reporting

• Event management and support

• Administrative support

• Travel support

• Medical support

• Lifestyle management

• Kid's concierge service

• Bureaucratic procedures, including representing Principal and family members in government and commercial institutions

• Handling confidential personal information

• Personal errands
