It doesn’t matter if you’ve just graduated from an IT recruiting course OR if you already have several months of sourcing experience and are looking for a real challenge.

If your goal is to become an amazing IT Recruiter, we’re speaking the same language. We are not just looking for a sourcer, we are looking for our future Recruiter colleague. You'll start by mastering the art of finding candidates and, with the support of an experienced mentor, quickly grow into a specialist who manages the full hiring cycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of the search strategy for our open roles, from sourcing to the first interview.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key positions.
  • Master the art of engaging passive candidates and building long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align the search.
  • Maintain our candidate database in our ATS.


Your Profile:

  • You eigther recently finished an IT recruiting course/ or have several months of proven experience in IT sourcing or recruiting.
  • You have a strong command of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Your English is at a B2 level or higher, allowing you to communicate with candidates confidently.
  • You are a pro with Google Workspace.
  • You are a master of multitasking and time management.
  • Nice-to-have: You have some experience conducting initial screenings or interviews.
  • Your main goal: to grow into a strong, independent IT Recruiter.
