Content Creation:
- Photography/Videography: Take photos and videos of our stores, staff, and key customer moments (like test drives, car deliveries, and service).
- Video Editing: Edit videos for use in customer stories, social media, and staf vlogs. Graphic Design: Create and edit images for posters, guides, and video covers.
Standardization:
- Create visual guides using photos and videos to show the standard procedures for key customer experiences (such as car delivery and customer reception), so other dealers and stores can easily learn and follow the correct process.
- Organize design examples and guides into documents (such as PPTs or manuals) for teams in other markets.
- Map the customer journey to find opportunities to improve the experience with better content.
Teamwork:
- Work closely with product, operations, sales, engineering, and IT teams to make sure design ideas are understood and used
Job requirements:
- 2+ years working in visual content creation, especially for social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and photography work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Confident using professional cameras and mobile devices for shooting content.
- Skilled in color correction, retouching, and visual consistency.
- Fluent in English.
