Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and negotiations: Knowledge of the basic principles and techniques of sales, negotiation skills, the ability to convince and influence customers.

  • Marketing Strategies: Understanding the basic principles of marketing, methods of promoting goods and services as well as the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Sales process management: Organization and optimization of the sales process, control of the sales funnel, ensuring the fulfillment of goals;

  • Planning and budgeting: Development of the department's budget, resource planning and allocation of tasks to achieve the set goals;

  • Personnel Management: Leadership and motivational skills, the ability to develop a team, delegate tasks and ensure effective interaction in a team

  • Analytics and planning: The ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, develop strategies based on analytics findings, as well as plan the activities of the department and allocate resources.

  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff, clients, partners and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:
  • Automotive and Car Leasing Work Experience

  • And other leasing companies.

  • Work experience in sales & sales strategy 7+ year.

  • Development of customer relations: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, meeting their needs, eliminating problems;

  • Experience in Team Management: +3 years.

  • Advance English language skills oral & written
