Hello! My name is Tamer Younis, and I’m the CEO and founder of Nen Global — an international company specializing in organizing and managing language and professional certification exams such as iTEP, TOEFL, Arabian Tanal, Pearson VUE, and others.
I’m currently looking for a Business Assistant who will help me manage operations, maintain communication, and support the growth of our projects
Your Main Responsibilities

Track ongoing projects and assignments

Communicate with internal teams and external partners

Attend business meetings and networking events

Prepare summaries and follow-ups after meetings

Support in preparing financial summaries and basic reports

Assist with posting and content preparation for LinkedIn and YouTube
-
Collect and organize CVs
-
Help prepare internal guidelines and training materials
-
Help organize meetings, travel, and events
Requirements
-
Fluent in Russian and English (B2–C1 level)
Conditions

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00

Trial period: 2 months

During the trial — $700
-
After the trial — $1000

Business trips: 0–3 per month, 1–7 days (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan)
