We are expanding our internal IT department and looking for a K8S DevOps Engineer to design and build a transparent, scalable, and reliable infrastructure for three key internal projects:
- Global ERP — Java + DB2 (migration from legacy systems to a modern stack)
- Local ERP — Python (Odoo) + PostgreSQL (on-premises containerization)
- Websites — ~80 Nuxt.js + PHP applications requiring CI/CD modernization, observability, and containerization
What You’ll Do:
- Develop architecture for baremetal k8s clusters, support and maintain it.
- Containerize applications, develop helm charts for it, deploy and maintain it.
- Plan monitoring and roadmaps for incidents on microservice infrastructure.
- Assist development team during the whole development process.
- Plan backup strategy, handle disaster recovery and production support scenarios.
- Care of the security aspects of the aplications.

About You:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
- Strong background in CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability systems.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
- Solid communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
