Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Leadership and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.

Manage and optimize the Executive Director’s calendar — coordinating high-level meetings, strategic sessions, and key events, while preparing agendas and presentation materials.

Coordinate complex business travel arrangements, including international logistics, and manage related documentation and expense reports.

Oversee internal approval workflows and ensure all processes align with corporate compliance and risk management standards.

Plan and execute Executive Office initiatives, including corporate events, conferences, and leadership engagements.

Monitor key priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure the Executive Director remains fully informed and prepared for all commitments.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- A high sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
