Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Leadership and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.

  • Manage and optimize the Executive Director’s calendar — coordinating high-level meetings, strategic sessions, and key events, while preparing agendas and presentation materials.

  • Coordinate complex business travel arrangements, including international logistics, and manage related documentation and expense reports.

  • Oversee internal approval workflows and ensure all processes align with corporate compliance and risk management standards.

  • Plan and execute Executive Office initiatives, including corporate events, conferences, and leadership engagements.

  • Monitor key priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure the Executive Director remains fully informed and prepared for all commitments.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A high sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
