Purpose:
We are looking for a Manager Seasonal Brand Planning who will play a key role in connecting business, finance, and supply chain teams. This role focuses on seasonal business planning — analyzing product range, purchasing, and inventory — to ensure that brand and financial goals are aligned. You’ll support planning and decision-making by providing clear data insights and helping improve processes across the full seasonal cycle (from product selection to inventory management).
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic and seasonal planning across product categories.

Translate business and financial targets into clear seasonal plans.

Provide analysis and insights on key performance indicators (sales, margin, inventory, pricing, etc.) to guide business decisions.

Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management review.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand, finance, and supply chain priorities.

Contribute to improving planning and reporting tools to increase efficiency and transparency.
Key Stakeholders:
You’ll collaborate with teams across Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning.
Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial finance and analytics, business planning, or related analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Solid experience with Excel and analytical tools (Power BI, SAP or similar systems).

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in margin planning will be an advantage.
