Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects aimed at social and economic development of the region.

• Liaise with government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social initiatives.

• Prepare CSR reports and maintain communication with shareholders and partners.

• Support corporate sustainability and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in CSR or social development; experience in international companies is an asset.

• Excellent command of Kazakh, Russian, and English.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
