Head of Investments & Partnerships — Real Estate Development | Phuket, Thailand

We are continuously expanding and now entering a new growth phase with several landmark projects in premium and investment real estate on Phuket, Thailand.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Head of Investments & Partnerships — a professional who can combine strategic thinking, financial acumen, and deal-making experience to lead the company’s investment and B2B initiatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

• Lead the B2B and investment development direction, identifying and expanding a network of high-net-worth clients, family offices, and institutional investors.

• Structure and negotiate investment deals, joint ventures, and project financing agreements.

• Coordinate the preparation of investment materials — presentations, financial models, term sheets, and investor decks.

• Manage partnership processes from outreach to deal closing, maintaining full visibility in CRM.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new investment trends, potential channels, and competitive insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, development, and legal teams to ensure alignment and high-quality investor deliverables.

• Develop and optimize internal frameworks, scripts, and policies for partner management.

🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in investment management, partnerships, or corporate finance in real estate development or related sectors.

• Has successfully closed deals in the $5M–30M+ range (equity, debt, or hybrid).

• Possesses a strong understanding of project finance, capital raising, and investor relations.

• Is fluent in English (C1 or higher), with confident presentation and negotiation skills.

• Can analyze financial models, validate assumptions, and manage due diligence processes.

• Has experience reviewing investment agreements, MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, and other legal documents.

• Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

Bonus points if you:

• Have previous experience with developers or investment funds in luxury residential or mixed-use projects.

• ready to relocate to Phuket.
