Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategy: create and execute long-term plans to increase brand awareness and strengthen the company’s reputation.

Media relations: establish and maintain partnerships with local and international media; prepare press releases; organize media briefings and press conferences.

Corporate communications management: design and launch internal communication initiatives, ensuring transparent and efficient communication between employees and leadership.

Crisis communications: manage reputational risks, develop and execute crisis response strategies.
-
Digital PR: grow the company’s presence across digital and social media channels; manage content and online reputation.

Event management: plan and deliver PR campaigns, public events, and initiatives aimed at reinforcing a positive public image of the company.

Government and partner relations: represent the company’s interests and engage with key stakeholders and government entities.

Team leadership: oversee the PR team as well as the General Administration Office and Call Center.
Requirements:

Higher education in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a PR leadership role, preferably in an international company.

Strong knowledge of modern PR tools, strategies, and corporate communications practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (Uzbek language proficiency is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment under tight deadlines.

Proven experience in crisis communications and successful reputation management cases.
