One of our clients is an international IT company is looking for a "Customer Support".

Responsibilities:

  • Information support for customers of the company (calls, chats);
  • Establishing and developing long-term partnership relationships;
  • Detailed identification of user need;
  • Handling objections and taking actions to satisfy them;
  • Timely reporting.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Speaks and writes English at B2 level and Korean at C1 level;
  • Has well-developed communication skills;

  • Understands how to handle objections or wants to learn how to do so;
  • Stress-resistant;
  • Literate.
