Core responsibilities:
- Define and lead marketing strategy and brand positioning across Kazakhstan and export markets;
- Develop and align portfolio and brand strategies with global;
- Drive brand growth, profitability, and marketing effectiveness;
- Optimize marketing processes, budgets, and campaign performance;
- Adapt global campaigns and lead impactful local activations;
- Lead innovation and NPD initiatives across regional markets;
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure successful product launches;
- Build and develop a strong Marketing team with the right talent and capabilities;
- Contribute to Carlsberg Kazakhstan’s strategic and commercial agenda.
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in Marketing/MBA preferred;
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including 6+ years in brand/trade/channel development, ideally in FMCG;
- Strong English skills; Russian is an advantage;
- Deep understanding of KZ, UZ, and KG markets with strong commercial thinking.
- Innovative and creative mindset with solid analytical and planning skills;
- Experience working with advertising, media, and promotion agencies;
- Strong P&L orientation and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven leadership and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
