We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become a key part of our customer success team.
Your mission will be to make sure every client enjoys a simple, smooth, and effective experience with our product — while feeling supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do

Conduct live demos of new features and product updates for clients.

Provide comprehensive customer support through chat, email, and video calls.

Collect and analyze customer feedback, passing valuable insights to the product team.

Prioritize and track user requests and ensure timely resolution.

Create user guides, FAQs, and helpful documentation to make our product easier to use.
We’re Looking for Someone Who

Has English proficiency (B2 or higher) — both written and spoken.

Communicates clearly, empathetically, and with attention to detail.

Builds trusting relationships and enjoys helping people succeed.

Can identify customer needs and offer effective, personalized solutions.

Manages time well and stays productive in a multitasking environment.
