We are an international iGaming company with a successful track record across 20+ countries. Currently, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale product-marketing initiatives for a local Serbian brand (sportsbook + casino).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch promotional campaigns, bonus mechanics, and retention strategies

  • Monitor and optimize key product and marketing metrics

  • Analyze campaign performance and improve channel efficiency

  • Manage the product funnel and drive growth across core KPIs

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, BI, design, and tech teams

  • Build hypotheses, run A/B tests, and conduct competitive analysis

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming / betting / casino

  • Strong understanding of product and marketing performance metrics

  • Proven project and team management skills

  • Strategic thinking and structured decision-making

  • Serbian language — C1 level; English — B2 level or higher
