SPH Engineering builds professional drone solutions used in 150+ countries. This role supports our Integrated Systems line: UAV payload integrations for geophysical, hydrographic, and industrial applications.

We’re seeking an energetic SDR to turn a small list of named enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities by running account-based plays: deep research, multi-threaded outreach, and airtight hand-offs to AEs.

What you will do:

● Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes during core hours; engage via phone, email, and live chat.

● Qualify opportunities using a BANT checklist; document discovery in CRM.

● Book qualified meetings for AEs and ensure clean handoffs with clear next steps.

● Nurture earlier-stage leads with light sequences; re-qualify dormant MQLs.

● Keep CRM spotless: complete fields, log activities, and run weekly pipeline hygiene.

● Feedback loop: share lead quality insights with Marketing; tag recurring objections/needs.

● Stay current on our payloads, core use-cases (mining, construction, geophysics, hydrography), and competitor positioning.

About you:

2+ years in an inbound B2B SDR role for a technical product (international markets).

Excellent written & spoken English (C1); French or German is a strong plus.

Hands-on with CRM (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialer/chat tools.

Structured qualification and discovery skills; clear, concise writing.

Tech curiosity and fast learning; you enjoy translating complex tech into plain value.
