Responsibilities:
- Carrying out argon arc welding (TIG/GTAW) of stainless steel products and structures;
- Preparing parts for welding: cleaning, fitting, assembling units and seams;
- Setting up and servicing welding equipment, torches, reducers, cylinders and filler materials;
- Selection of welding mode, argon and filler wire consumption in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and process chart;
- Reading technical documentation, drawings and diagrams;
- Compliance with safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements when performing welding work;
- Maintaining records of completed work and completing the necessary technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Good health, no contraindications to welding;
- Responsible, meticulous, and disciplined.
- Technical education or specialized training in the welding profession;
- Possession of a welder's certificate confirming qualifications;
- Familiarity with manual arc, semiautomatic, argon arc, and/or gas welding technologies (depending on the field);
- Ability to read draws and process charts;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience (can be adapted to the company's level);
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and fire safety requirements for welding operations.
- Experience working with various materials (ferrous, stainless and non-ferrous metals);
- English and Russian language
