PO Dispatcher For US Logistics

We are seeking experienced Dispatch Specialists to enhance our logistics operations. Join our dynamic team, where we are dedicated to optimizing transportation logistics across the U.S. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing street loads and effective communication with drivers, ensuring seamless transportation processes.

Shift: Main (from 5pm to 3am)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Novza Subway)

Responsibilities:

• Book loads on various platforms efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with brokers and drivers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage truck drivers’ schedules and optimize routes for timely deliveries.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries to meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching street loads (e.g., PO, Van, etc.) with a proven track record of achieving at least $9000 in weekly grosses.
• Ability to handle 5+ trucks with a minimum of $2 RPM.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (advanced level preferred).
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as J.B. Hunt, PO, Schneider, etc.
• Responsible, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
