Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements (e.g., supply, service, forwarding, transportation, lease, license, distribution).
- Support in the analysis of legal risks and preparation of disagreement protocols.
- Conduct research on legal issues, including legislation updates in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Help with drafting responses to inquiries from government authorities and ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in preparation of claims, letters, and legal correspondence.
- Assist in reviewing tender documentation and standard contracts of state enterprises and national companies.
- Support negotiations and correspondence with partners and counterparties under supervision.
- Provide legal support and advice on current legislation, under guidance.
Requirements:

Final-year student or recent graduate in Law from a recognized university.

Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good research skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.

High level of integrity and professional ethics.
