Bonus Strategy Manager (iGaming – Casino & Sports)
We’re looking for a Bonus Strategy Manager to own the strategy and execution of bonus mechanics across Casino and Sports, driving player retention, deposit activity, and LTV.
Responsibilities

Build and manage bonus strategies by GEO, segments, and lifecycle stages.

Plan and launch seasonal and event-based bonus campaigns.

Coordinate with CRM, Product, and GEO teams to execute bonus flows.

Validate bonus settings (limits, wagering, GEO rules).

Analyze performance, optimize ROI, run A/B tests.

Create personalized bonus packages for VIP players.
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino/Sports).

Understanding of gaming mechanics, FS providers, and sports betting basics.

Strong analytical skills; ability to calculate bonus cost & ROI.

Experience with CRM and analytical tools.

Detail-oriented, fast-paced, structured.
