Responsibilities / Обязанности
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential marketing sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, client referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company revenue and profitability targets.
- Enhance client satisfaction by resolving projects issues and ensuring smooth interactions across internal departments
- Remain strong CRM Efficiency. Work with internal teams to ensure CRM systems remain effective, accurate and aligned to business needs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- 6–8 years’ experience in Business Development or Client Management
- EVENTS Experience
- Knowledge of events market in GCC
- Knowledge of experiential solutions
- Strong pitching skills
- Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial growth
- Strong analytical, research and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Relocation package to Dubai is provided
- 5/2 working week
