Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Process all guest check-ins: confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys.

Handle all payment methods, including room charges, cash, debit, and credit cards.

Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Answer phone calls using professional etiquette.

Accurately prepare and review written documents.

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time-management abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Russian, English, and Kazakh (spoken and written).

Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
