Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

  • Process all guest check-ins: confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys.

  • Handle all payment methods, including room charges, cash, debit, and credit cards.

  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

  • Answer phone calls using professional etiquette.

  • Accurately prepare and review written documents.

  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time-management abilities.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Russian, English, and Kazakh (spoken and written).

  • Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
