HYPERVSN is considering expanding its team and may soon be looking for a Head of SDR and Presales. If opened, this role would be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the SDR and Presales function, including developing effective outreach strategies, optimizing pipeline generation, and driving sustainable growth in a specific geographic region. Main responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Define and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows to enhance prospect engagement.
- Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, ICP targeting, and lead qualification.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance SDR skills in prospecting, objection handling, and sales engagement tools.
- Optimize and oversee the use of CRM and sales automation tools to improve efficiency and tracking.
- Work closely with leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and handover processes.
- Continuously test and implement new strategies to increase conversion rates and pipeline volume.
