We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
About the Project:
The project focuses on building and maintaining enterprise-level cloud computing infrastructure.
The engineer will be involved across the full solution delivery lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to implementation and operational support.

Partners with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects;

Provides Tier 3 support for Service Desk;

Interaction with IT staff and vendors in troubleshooting contexts.
Responsibilities:
-
Build and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure;
-
Design and implement services with focus on: High availability, Automation, Capacity, Monitoring, Security;
-
Participate in all phases of solution delivery: Requirements, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Support;
-
Develop implementation plans, scripts, and testing procedures;
-
Ensure availability and performance of mission-critical systems;
-
Create and maintain backup and restoration procedures;
-
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
-
Evaluate and implement new technologies; update existing infrastructure;
-
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; interact with vendors;
-
Forecast system demands and recommend upgrades or reconfiguration;
-
Support infrastructure projects and assist Service Desk (Tier 3);
-
Enforce best practices in configuration, monitoring, alerting, patching, and security;
-
Manage Windows and VMware systems, establish OS build standards, perform quarterly patching;
-
Mentor and cross-train team members;
-
Conduct security reviews and technical inspections;
-
Implement procedures to monitor systems for suspicious activity.
Experience Requirements:

10+ years of IT experience in an enterprise operational environment;
-
Strong experience with Windows Server 2012–2022;
-
5+ years of experience with:

Active Directory;
-
VMware;
-
Entra ID;
-
Office 365;
-
Azure resources.
Must-Have Skills:

Enterprise Windows Server administration;

Networking fundamentals and listed protocols;
